Delivery
How long is the delivery time?
Our goal is to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible. Once your order is successfully submitted, our team will process it on the following business day. Then, it will be picked, packed, and dispatched. Your parcel should arrive 5-7 business days from the date of your order.
How much is delivery?
A standard shipping RM20 delivery fee per set applies. Sabah & Sarawak shipping rates vary depending on the destination and will be calculated at checkout. All delivery options and their respective costs will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
ORDER CUT-OFF TIME AND DELIVERY
The daily delivery order cut-off time is 12pm (GMT+8), from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). This does not take into account any delays caused by payment authorization.
Refunds
What is your refund policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your items, you can return them within 15 days of receipt for a full refund. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team, and they will provide you with a return authorization and instructions. Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or the wrong item was shipped.
How will I be refunded?
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will issue the refund within 7-10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
Do I need to pay for my return?
Yes, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. For all other returns, you may choose your preferred shipping method, and we recommend using a trackable service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

All transactions are securely processed to ensure your information is protected.
You may also opt to make manual payment via online transfer or offline Cash Deposit to our banking account. For manual payment, you will be required to email enquiry@sometime.asia for instruction to purchase and complete your payment. Kindly take note that manual payment is not allowed for product(s) on its first day of launch at www.sometime.asia.
